I don't usually feel close with my teachers but you've done that for me and given me some great advice when I needed it, I would love if you would help me on my journey into the real world.

The past week, I‘ve been thinking of classes and teachers that I’ve enjoyed, and you were among the first that I thought of!

My time in your class has truly been a joy. I have learned more from you than I have from any other math teacher at Chamblee. Your visual style of teaching and psychological approach has helped me succeed in the classroom, and has made me feel better about myself as a learner. Thank you so much once again for being one of the best teachers I have had in terms of kindness, and style of teaching.

After completing your math class, I feel like I have left with a deeper understanding to math itself and, most notably, a better understanding for life. The way that you tied in many philosophical aspects and some personal stories with class lessons was really great. The openings/closings were a an amazing way to allow students to express themselves in a field which often times neglects self-expression (math). Also, the fact that you hold many unpopular opinions, which indirectly or directly supported the students, was a very key aspect about your personality that appealed to me. The simplification of each lesson and the determination you showed for all of us to understand it was almost incomparable and I will for sure miss that. Lastly, the way the test were formatted was another well-structured system; I saw the structure as being more centered around how hard you worked to understand after researching the topic more and how well you can explain it RATHER than just how much you know off of guessing or slightly knowing concepts. I hope to make you and many others proud in the future with everything that I have learned. Thanks again for everything.

You made learning fun and challenged my creativity. You never allowed me to take the road most traveled, rather required us to think “outside the box”. For that, I say thank you.
